ENS CEIP Policy

ENS CEIP Policy

ENS CEIP Policy

Effective Date: 4th Jan 2026

This policy outlines ENS standards relating to Content Disclosure, Editorial Guidelines, Intellectual Property & Copyright, and Privacy. It applies to ENS (eNovaStories), ENS Live, and all associated platforms.

1. Content Disclosure

ENS is committed to transparency, accuracy, and accountability in all content published across its platforms. Content may include original reporting, curated news, aggregated information, opinion pieces, sponsored material, and public-interest data.

Editorial content is clearly distinguished from sponsored or promotional material. Where content is sponsored or supported by third parties, such content is labeled clearly to avoid misleading readers.

ENS sources information from public records, official statements, interviews, licensed feeds, APIs, RSS feeds, and direct reporting by its editorial team. While ENS strives for accuracy, information may evolve, and updates or corrections may be made when new facts emerge.

Opinions expressed in commentary or guest contributions represent the views of their authors and do not necessarily reflect the official position of ENS. User-generated content reflects the views of users alone. ENS reserves the right to moderate or remove content that violates policies or applicable laws.

2. Editorial Guidelines

ENS adheres to strict editorial standards designed to uphold journalistic integrity, fairness, and public trust. Accuracy, balance, and public interest guide all editorial decisions.

Journalists and contributors are expected to verify facts using credible sources, avoid plagiarism or misrepresentation, and maintain independence from political, commercial, or personal influence.

ENS does not publish content intended to mislead, incite violence, promote hate, or spread misinformation. Sensitive topics are handled responsibly and with context.

Corrections are issued promptly when errors are identified. While ENS may use automated or AI-assisted tools to support operations, final editorial decisions remain under human oversight.

3. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All original content published by ENS, including text, images, videos, graphics, logos, and design elements, is protected under applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.

Unless otherwise stated, ENS retains ownership or licensed rights to its content. Content may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, or republished without prior written permission from ENS.

Third-party content is used under license, permission, public domain status, or fair use where applicable. ENS respects intellectual property rights and expects the same from users.

Copyright infringement claims may be submitted for review. ENS will investigate promptly and take appropriate action where necessary. Unauthorized commercial use of ENS content is prohibited.

4. Privacy Policy

ENS values user privacy and is committed to protecting personal information collected through its platforms.

ENS may collect limited personal data such as names, email addresses, telephone numbers, and payment-related information when users interact with ENS services.

Payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS–compliant third-party providers. ENS does not store full payment card details or sensitive financial data.

Collected information is used only to provide services, process transactions, improve platform performance, and communicate relevant updates. ENS does not sell or rent personal data.

Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data by contacting ENS support.
